Little encounters, all around the island.

A LITTLE CURIOSITY. A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
Make time for the lake, El Sitio and the Beach House. These are suggested starting points for visitors who simply want to enjoy nature along the way.
Casual birders can explore the runway, Beach House, Corral Trail, Lighthouse Road, Amihan and Sinaya, as well as the trail towards the old airport.
The island’s birding notes suggest exploring all identified sites for a fuller day of observation. Ask about owling only when recent sightings have been confirmed.
Bring your curiosity, a camera or binoculars. Ask your Sinaya representative about including birdwatching in a private island visit.
Arrange a private visitA PRIVATE ISLAND. A LASTING STORY.
Privately held by the Toda family for more than six decades, Hermana Mayor has long been a place of retreat, gathering and connection with nature.
Sinaya begins a new chapter in that story: a small community of family homes, shaped by the quiet character of the island.

PARADISE WITHIN REACH
Off the coast of Santa Cruz, Zambales, Hermana Mayor can be reached by sea or private aircraft.
Travel to Santa Cruz, then take an approximately 25-minute boat transfer to the island.
Approximately 30 minutes from Clark by propeller aircraft. The island has a grass airstrip and helipad.
Travel times are project estimates. All arrivals are by prior arrangement and depend on the vessel or aircraft, weather, sea conditions and operating requirements.

LOOKING A LITTLE CLOSER
Some useful details as you begin to imagine your place at Sinaya.
A planned enclave of approximately 32 hectares, divided into 43 beachfront farm lots starting at 4,500 sqm. Explore the lot plan above for individual areas and boundary dimensions; final details will be confirmed in the project documents.
The residential lot and the developer's commitments set out in the sale documents. Design and construction of your private home are separate. The shoreline easement and open space do not form part of the individual lot title.
The project is intended to offer individual freehold titles. Title status, approvals and the transfer timetable for a selected lot will be confirmed before purchase. Transfer follows full payment and completion of the required sale, tax and registration formalities.
Planned shared works include estate roads, drainage, water supply and distribution, and road lighting. The project and sale documents will set out delivery commitments, connections, homeowner responsibilities and ongoing charges.
Sinaya is in pre-launch. The required DHSUD approvals and License to Sell are being secured. Sales may proceed only once the required License to Sell and other applicable approvals are in place.
Ask your Sinaya representative about a private visit and the current property information. The private proposal sets out indicative pricing, payment options and the documents to review. Final terms, applicable taxes and fees will be itemised in the definitive documents.
EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF
A private visit is the best way to experience the beachfront, explore the homesites and feel the rhythm of the island.
